Valentine’s Day Partner Yoga with Kathy

Join Kathy for this special 60 minute class as a relaxing way to spend time with your favorite person. We will start with gentle movements to warm up the body followed by partner supported poses to help you connect in a subtle and bonding way. We will end with supported restorative postures and end with a relaxing, self-given Foot Massage. A class not to be missed as it will be a gift that keeps on giving. A levels welcome.
