108 Sun Salutations Winter Solstice

Saturday December 21
1 – 2:30 p.m.

Cost: $25/FREE to Monthly Unlimited Member
Join Tami at Sweet Tea Yoga as we welcome Winter with 108 Sun Salutations. This practice is typically done with the changing of each season. Why 108? Just to name a few… In numerology, 108 equals 9, which symbolizes universal love, eternity and awakening. In astronomy, the distance between the Sun and Earth is roughly 108 time the Sun’s distance. Mala beads have 108 beads, which are used to count during meditation. No experience needed and suitable for all levels.
