Yoga for Beginners | 4-Week Series

In this 4-week series of Yoga for Beginners, we will learn the fundamental principles of posture, breath, and movement. Each week we’ll build on the foundations of yoga asana (physical postures) while working toward feeling safe and confident enough to join a general vinyasa-style yoga class.

This four-week course is the perfect introduction to yoga!

Valentine’s Day Partner Yoga with Kathy

Friday, February 14, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Investment: $50 per couple

Join Kathy for this special 75 minute class as a relaxing way to spend time with your favorite person. We will start with gentle movements to warm up the body followed by partner supported poses to help you connect in a subtle and bonding way. We will end with supported restorative postures and end with a relaxing, self-given Foot Massage. A class not to be missed as it will be a gift that keeps on giving. Group size is limited and pre-registration is required. All levels welcome.

Six-Week Meditation & Pranayama Course

The goal of this course is to demystify the practice of meditation, to understand that meditation is truly what you want it to be and make it accessible to all. Our desire is to help everyone find a consistent practice so we can all witness and experience the amazing benefits meditation provides.

Benefits of Meditation:
