May 10th
7:00 PM – 8:15 PM
Investment:
$35 | $25 for STY Members
Every month, the moon reminds us to reflect. This month, we invite you to receive as you reflect in this Full Moon Yin Workshop. The class will begin by acknowledging the qualities of this month’s moon energy, followed by a brief time of journaling. The remainder of the class will focus on deep, passive stretches using props for support. Yin is a practice purposed to release stress and tension in the body and in the mind. Each grounded posture will be held for 3-5 minutes, allowing the body to adapt and settle. The benefits of this class will benefit not only the body, but the quality of your mind as you wind down your evening. If you’d like, please bring your own eye mask, and dress comfortably.
