Six-Week Meditation & Pranayama Course

The goal of this course is to demystify the practice of meditation, to understand that meditation is truly what you want it to be and make it accessible to all. My desire is to help everyone find a consistent practice so we can all witness and experience the amazing benefits meditation provides.

Sessions will meet on Fridays for the following dates: 1/03, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7. We will meet from 12 – 1:30 each week. Cost is $105 for full series.
