Prenatal Yoga Series

Prenatal yoga helps expecting mothers relax and adjust as their body changes through the different stages of pregnancy. Additionally, this class helps prepare for the process of labor and delivery, while also connecting to your growing child. This class will be held as a four, five or six-week series and is 60 minutes in length.

Prenatal Yoga is not recommended for women who are still in their first trimester of pregnancy
