Come enjoy this 90 minute class to learn ways to alleviate lower back and body pain and open up your yoga practice. Relieve lower back and body aches and pains by releasing muscle tightness with our special myofascial techniques. You’ll leave feeling like a new person!
What to bring:
Please bring 2 tennis or MFR balls as well as a foam roller.
Longer ones are helpful, but regular size works too.
