Tami Lewis

YOGA INSTRUCTOR RYT-500

Tami first came to yoga in 2016 as a way to help her body recuperate from lifting weights. She soon fell in love with it and has not stopped since. From breathwork to meditation to the asana practice she embraces all aspects of yoga. Some of her biggest influences have been that of Jamiee Ratliff and Chelsea Jackson Roberts. She graduated from M3 yoga in 2020 with her 200 YTT and has gone on to complete a 300 YTT with Dancing Dogs Yoga. Tami teaches classes that are filled with her love of soul music and attention to alignment and compassion. In addition to teaching she is a Fellow in the Academy of American Family Physicians. She is board certified in Family Medicine with the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of Yoga Alliance and Black Yoga Teacher’s Alliance. She has found joy in the stillness and hopes she can pass that along to others.
