Brandy began her yoga practice in 2003 in search of a way to connect with the physical body and get a good workout. Quickly she discovered that Yoga not only improved the physical body but had extraordinary benefits to her mental health as well. Turning inward has allowed her to heal and transform her life for the better, overcoming issues with body image, worthiness & self-love. After completing her teacher training in 2019 she began holding space for others so they too could explore the healing practice of yoga… sharing knowledge, happiness, and good vibes.
