Kristina is a certified yoga instructor with a deep commitment to fostering holistic well-being. She has over 700 hours of yoga teacher training through Five Points Yoga and Pilates, The Trauma Conscious Yoga Institute, and YogaFaith. She brings more than 15 years of personal yoga practice and expertise to her teaching, blending elements of strengthening, stretching, emotional connection, spirituality, and breathwork in each class.
Yoga has been a cornerstone of Kristina’s own spiritual and emotional wellness, and she views it as a powerful tool for healing and transformation. As a private practice trauma therapist, Kristina understands how the body remembers and stores trauma.
