For over 30 years, I held an executive position and traveled for my career almost every week. Yoga was my savior for stress, fitness, and wellness. I have practiced yoga for over 15 years. I am now retired from the corporate world and teach yoga and providing wellness coaching. I enjoy all types of Yoga with all ages but focus on Vinyassa Flow and Yoga for flexibility. I received my certification through yoga body out of Barcelona, Spain. I’m also very passionate about Yoga for scoliosis.
